The Mind Gym Counseling & Wellness Services offers individual counseling sessions to adults of all ages. Common reasons for seeking counseling include: anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, low self-esteem, and life changes.
During your first session with The Mind Gym Counseling & Wellness Services, your counselor will ask you questions to get to know you better and understand what brings you to counseling. This is part of the assessment process. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the counseling process. If your needs and goals are outside of your counselor's scope of practice, referrals will be provided.
